What do if product was damaged in shipping

Save the original packing material. Notify me via email and/or leave a message on my cell phone. A UPS representative may need to come and inspect the package before paying out on the insurance. I will start working on sending out a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please leave a message on my cell phone or email me. If I have not shipped the photograph, your credit card will fully be refunded. If the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and insurance. Upon receipt of the item in saleable condition, your credit card will be fully refunded. Damages to the item not covered by UPS will not be refunded from the initial purchase.
